后台访问cms首页提示：500错误

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting ';' in D:\lhost\www\admin\templates\default\cms_index.php on line 472

后台刷新缓存后，cms就打不开了，提示500错误
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function H() in D:\lhost\www\cms\control\control.php on line 69

请求高人指点，是不是php环境配置的有问题？
